360 Discovery Project

Our objective for each project is to ensure an emotional connection is forged between customer and brand throughout the digital commerce experience.

Customer research drives our innovation so we combine store visits, data analysis, interviews, customer recordings and surveys to understand what their needs are, what can be improved and what they love about the brand. It is important not to lose sight of what is already working so we can build on top of those foundations.

This process provides a clear set of deliverables & enables us to plan a comprehensive project roadmap.

Our design process ensures maximum creative output

We assign multiple designers when creating UI concepts within our design sprints. This unique approach allows for exploration and expression, pushing the boundaries of the look and feel resulting in a fail fast, succeed faster mentality.

Prototyping and user testing at design stage ensures a continuous feedback loop with a goal to deliver the customer and brand objectives set out in the discovery phase.
